Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 2026 • Team For Good

1. General Principles

Because Team For Good provides customized professional services—including strategic IT consulting, software engineering, and event production—work begins immediately upon formal agreement and advance deposit. Consequently, refunds are evaluated based on milestone completion and committed vendor expenditures.

2. Cancellation Notice & Methods

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by authorized client representatives to teamforgoodindia@gmail.com. The effective cancellation date will be the date on which electronic acknowledgment is returned by the Company.

3. Service-Specific Terms

A. IT & Technology Consulting

Consulting engagements canceled prior to the initial scheduled discovery session are eligible for a 80% refund of the advance deposit (retaining 20% for administrative scheduling). Once discovery or advisory documentation has commenced, completed advisory hours are non-refundable.

B. Software & Website Solutions

Software and website projects are structured into phases (e.g. Specification, UI Design, Core Build, Deployment). Payments for successfully completed and signed-off milestones are non-refundable. In the event of mid-phase cancellation, fees are prorated according to logged developer hours and completed deliverables, with remaining unallocated balances refunded.

C. Corporate & Personal Event Management

Event management requires non-refundable third-party commitments (venues, audio-visual suppliers, equipment hire, and staging). In case of cancellation:

  • 30+ days prior to event: 50% of the Company planning fee is refundable, minus non-recoverable third-party deposits.
  • 15–29 days prior: 25% of planning fee refundable, minus non-recoverable third-party deposits.
  • Less than 14 days: Fees are non-refundable due to locked vendor commitments and allocated staffing.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Where a refund is approved by the Company, the approved amount will be credited back via the original mode of payment (bank NEFT/RTGS transfer or merchant account refund) within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days following written agreement of final accounts.
